Many orthopedic problems, such as pain and stiffness in the joints, muscles and back, not due to a specific disease in progress. Such problems are usually symptoms of wearing, small injuries and tense muscles. The problems arise from misuse of the body during work and leisure. They also increase because of constant stress and lack of rest. However, if something is not done to treat such simple problems, they can eventually evolve into a more serious illness or damage.Here are some simple advice to prevent or cure such orthopedic problems.
- Variate the way you sit or stand at work and other activities. Any position will exert pressure on certain areas of your body and reduce the flow of blood and lymph through these areas.
